SAME-DAY SHIPPING: on all In-Stock “Featured Products”

All other products will ship directly from the mill in 3-6 weeks depending on the product, the quantity, and the season.

All orders can be tracked by logging into your account

All packages come with tracking numbers when shipping

USA: We ship using USPS, UPS, & FED-EX. All shipments in the USA are expected within 10 days arrival or less after payment is received. The mills use FedEx or UPS. They do not ship to P.O. boxes. All items include free shipping. If items are gifts and do not make it in time, we suggest that you use a Microsoft word template and make & wrap a gift certificate for the purchased item. It can be done in 3-minutes!

INTERNATIONAL: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. The most mills do not ship worldwide. Therefore all products in stock or not in stock will have to arrive at our location before shipping your way. This could add up to a weeks’ delay. We ship worldwide using USPS Express Mail only because they come with tracking and insurance.


CUSTOM: Due to the nature of custom products, we do not accept returns for them. We cannot sell your photos to anyone but you. Whether you choose to design your product yourself or have us design one for you, you must approve the design before submitting it. Once your product is submitted to the mill, we cannot change anything; not spelling, not text, not even a change of address. It is your responsibility to make sure it is perfect before submitting it.
Be sure to use a good quality photo otherwise the image(s) will come out blurry and there are no exchanges or returns for any reason.

STOCK: If you purchase a stock product and you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns up to 60-days from the day you receive your item. Products damaged due to pets, smoke, children, or any other negligent reason are not accepted. Manufacturer defective items (a rarity) will be replaced. We refund 100% of the cost minus all shipping fees. No restocking fees. All products must be returned to our Fenton, Missouri location and we must be notified of the return prior to mailing it. Attempted returns to the mill directly will not be accepted nor refunded.
